Every visit is worth more than before: revenue per visit and AOV over 30 days.
Spend is read the other way round: red when it goes up, green when it goes down and the return per $1 holds or improves, grey when it goes down but the return per $1 also fell.
Order totals from the current WordPress / WooCommerce store, refunded orders excluded. Project orders (over $1,000) and small orders ($1,000 and under) are always shown separately. All figures are totals for the report windows (7, 14 and 30 days, plus month to date), never single days. The Shopify store has its own tab.
Reference figures for visitors and visits.
A Shopify demo store is built in October 2026 and added here to compare with the current WooCommerce (WordPress) store. Sales on Shopify count toward the plan once customers buy there; until then the WooCommerce store stays the money measure.
Google Ads from the Google Ads platform. Meta from the Meta account, Cheapestiles campaigns only (CHT + Spring Reno Event). Platform-reported values overlap; the store figures are the money measure.
Spend is read the other way round: red when it goes up, green when it goes down and the return per $1 holds or improves, grey when it goes down but the return per $1 also fell.
Competitor positions: Semrush AU snapshot. Our trend: Google Search Console average position for each 28-day block (lower is better). The two tools measure differently, so compare our trend with itself, and the snapshot across sites.
Google figures are the latest 28 days. New articles usually need 2–6 weeks before Google shows them for many searches.
Email revenue comes from Omnisend only (attributed orders), grouped by the day the event happened.
eBay, Amazon Australia and the Shop app (comes with the Shopify store). Set up from November; results recorded from 1 December 2026. Same windows as the store: 7, 14 and 30 days, plus month to date.
Last 30 days, platform-reported. Checked at every report refresh: campaigns ending within 7 days are highlighted and moved to the top, with what takes over.
The commitment is per quarter: revenue +5–10% on all online channels, website visits +30–40% for the first two quarters, MER at least 5x. Monthly figures below are our own estimate, split from each quarter, so the team can pace the work. "Achieved so far" counts against the minimum (lower) target.
Reports, plans and anything to share between Cheapestiles and Ruby. Drop new files into the shared folder; they appear here at the next update.
Every question asked from any block, by date received. Ruby replies under the same block.
Social media — every channel
Followers, views and interactions for each channel we run. Same windows as every other channel: 7, 14 and 30 days, plus month to date. A day with no record is a gap, never a zero.
